I liked everything about the Inn. Design was pleasant with local photography, building was very well maintained (looked recently remodeled). Very quiet and within walking distance to everything. The pool & Hot tub were clean & maintenanced. I really liked the breakfast offered. Something for everyone, waffles, fruit, yogurt, cereal, eggs, sausage...and more. Plus coffee & tea, juices, milk. We stayed in the kitchen suite, very comfortable & extremely clean. Computer & printer came in handy. Staff was wonderful both times we stayed.

I'll be staying here again a few more times. This place is super clean, comfortable, and safe. The check-in experience was easy, and I felt welcomed right away. The staff was extremely friendly and authentic. I especially loved the local artwork. Nice and quiet after 10 pm, our vehicle felt secure with plenty of lights in the parking lot.. Had a soak in the hot tub before going to sleep. Stayed in the suite, it was spacious and had good water pressure on the shower head. The bed was comfortable, maybe on the firm side. Breakfast choices were plenty, I had yogurt with strawberries. The only thing I could possibly think about that could need improvement was the lack of equipment for a proper workout. It just needs weights. I think I will bring my own next time & it will be more than perfect. I'm looking forward to coming back.

The front desk worker was so helpful to me because I was having problems with my bank card and she explained to me what I needed to do and I was able to use my card to work and my two kids were happy at the hotel I will recommend others about the hotel and it's in a good area

Overall it’s nice and clean but after check in we found something like feces in the tub and it was dry and when I reported it to front desk while she said “and you have a dog right ?” I was so upset and surprised that they didn’t take responsibility for the problem and tried to blame my dogs. There’s no way my dogs could jump into the tub plus they didn’t even walk into washroom at all. Anyways that was basically the only thing I found unacceptable.

very good breakfast. Good made to order omelets with very nice staff. Manager was very well informed about the area and took time to enthusiastically share with our group. easy parking. Easy walk to almost everything in the city. Nice grocery across the street.

The location was very convenient for us and the hotel was ideal for an overnight stop. Staff were friendly and breakfast was okay, it was good to have fresh omelettes made to order.

We enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was good. The dinning area was clean and staff was pleasant. Location was great. Grocery store across the street Very convenient. Cute little town. Historic buildings and close to WSU. Hotel was clean and comfortable.

Size of room was spacious. Breakfast was exceptional because they offered made to order omelets. Staff at breakfast were very pleasant. Pleasant photographs on walls were of Steptoe Butte and area. Refrigerator and microwave were useful.

The service was fantastic. Especially, the lady cooking omelets. Very friendly! The bed was super comfy. I slept well. Service was great!
